Truly a “Voice of the Customer” Event

Basys customers and vendor partners convened in San Antonio April 29 – May 1 for the 2019 basys Users Group Conference, which featured eight customer presenters whose lively panel presentations were among the sessions rated “more useful” by their fellow basys users. Representing fund offices and TPAs, large organizations and smaller ones, longtime basys customers and those whose system went live within the last 18 months, the presenters shared their successful strategies for engaging with member and employers and optimizing their operating efficiency.

Attendees enjoyed 2+ action-packed days, including roadmap and corporate updates, news of product introductions and enhancements, hands-on UniData training, and very insightful Voice of the Customer focus groups. And, as usual, the #1 rated activity was networking with other customers during each day’s sessions, demos and meals as well as at special dinners at the Alamo and Saltgrass Steakhouse.
