The mission of the .NET Developer is to write .NET front end and back end systems and middleware interfaces in C# / .NET for several web based business critical applications.
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum 5 years of active design and development experience in Microsoft Technologies
• Experience in Developing applications and frameworks using C#, ASP.NET
• Proficient with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005
• Strong on Object Oriented Programming Concepts
• Good understanding of complete SDLC
• Experience in developing applications using AJAX, Crystal Reports
• Experience with database design and development
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Conceptual knowledge of performance optimization / memory management of web based applications and database systems is a definite plus
• Certifications from Microsoft
• Experience in working with product development companies is a plus
• Microsoft Share Point 2007 knowledge is a plus
