At basys, Business Analysts act as the liaison between business users and development teams by serving as business problem solvers. In this role, you would provide the process, questions, and techniques to efficiently extract the information needed from the business users for successful application development projects. In addition, Business Analysts identify problems and/or opportunities and define solutions while remaining customer focused during the entire lifecycle.

key Responsibilities
- Understand and document the business needs of our customers by interviewing subject matter experts, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and clarify requirements and translate business needs into clearly defined and detailed requirements, and define user-focused specifications
- Configure proprietary software to satisfy customer requirements
- Work consultatively with customers on solving their business needs through basys applications
- Produce and review software test plans; create test case scenarios and test new software modifications
- Functional testing of new development /releases
- Ensure quality and distribution of project deliverables, status reports, meeting minutes, etc.
- Communicate project updates and status reports internally and externally
ReQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including technical consultants and end users
- Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding timelines
- Clear, effective, and proactive communication skills (written and verbal)
- Expertise in core MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
