We have an opportunity within our Professional Services Organization at our corporate office in Linthicum, Maryland.  As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for technical support, project management, training and partnering with internal groups across the organization. Additional responsibilities include:

• Gather information necessary to document system requirements, software specifications, and functionality.
• Install, configure, and support basys proprietary software to satisfy documented requirements. 
• Perform testing functions necessary to ensure accurate software configuration.
• Train end users on functional and technical aspects of a basys product line.
• Assist customers in data export and data import activities.
• Occasional travel is required.

The preferred candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 years experience with software implementations and/or system analysis preferred.
• A background in health and/or retirement benefits is a plus.
• The ability to manage their time against both billable and non-billable objectives.
• The ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, prioritize, and complete work with minimal supervision.
• Work independently, but as a cooperative member of the services organization.
• Superior customer service, analytical and consulting skills.
