Customers - Since 1977, the basys products have been used to administer over 1500 different benefit plans in the United States and Canada. Customers include Taft-Hartley (multiemployer) Funds, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Non-Profit Groups and Self-insured Corporations.

Employees - We are proud that our 84 employees have been with basys for an average of 8 years. Each of our employees participates in rigorous training programs and is regularly certified on their product knowledge. Several employees have obtained their CEBS designation and many more are working towards it.

Locations - basys' headquarters are located in Linthicum, Maryland, convenient to Baltimore Washington International Airport and Amtrak's BWI Rail Station (directions)

Users Group - All basys customers are eligible to join and strongly encouraged to participate in the Users Group. The group holds a 3 day annual conference that gives customers an opportunity to participate in product & service round tables, receive updates regarding basys' direction, network with other administrators and share their feedback with basys staff.
